The stunning peak of Ama Dablam is regarded as one of the world’s most exquisite and sought after expeidition peaks in the world. Ama Dablam (6812m) situated to the south of Lhotse and Mt. Everest and is well-known for its captivating beauty. It lies beside Everest in the center of the Khumbu Valley. It is differentiated by its vertical walls and pointed exposed edges, like a pyramid. The trail passes through Namche Bazaar,known as the gateway to Mt. Everest, then to the 200 years old Pangboche monastery, up to the panoramic scenes of the dozens of majestic Himalayan peaks, which are the major attractions of the Mt. Amadablam Expedition.
To ascend Mt. Amadablam, we will start the ascent via the classic southwest edge. The climb will necessitate a strong climbing skills and previous experience of walking at high elevation. You should be familiar with using the technical equipment of climbing. From the base camp that lies at the height of 4500m, we will set at least 3 camps in the peak slopes. Our very much experienced Sherpa guides will fix the ropes and help out whenever needed. From the high camp, we'll make the last way up to summit next to steep and snow-topped slopes. Fixed lines will be used in our ascent to aid speed and efficient movement on this impressive mountain. We will go up along a nicely uncovered ridge providing matchless and stunning views from one of the world's most in demand peaks. The ambitious and experienced mountaineer will find the South West Ridge an acceptable challenge. To climb Ama Dablam is a dream come true for many mountaineers.
