On arrival at Delhi airport, look for our representative at the arrival area of airport, who will be holding a placard of your name. After that you will be transferred to hotel. Overnight in Delhi.

    After breakfast, full day combined city tour of Delhi, first visit Old Delhi. Jama Masjid the largest mosque of India, built in 16th century by Mughal emperor Shahjahan. Afterwards, take a cycle rickshaw ride through the narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk, the busty marketplace of the Mughals, famous for Gold and Silver jewelries. Then drive past Red fort, the Red sandstone walled fort, built by the Mughals as well. Visit Raj Ghat, the cremation ground of Mahatma Gandhi (Father of the nation) In New Delhi, visit India Gate. Then drive past Central Secretariat area, Rajpath. Visit Lakshminarayan temple, dedicated to God Narayan and Goddess Lakshmi. Come to Gurdwara Bangla Sahib, the worshipping place of Sikh community. Then visit Humayun’s Tomb, a Mughal monument, built by wife of Humayun, the second Mughal emperor, after his demise. Your last visit is Qutub Minar, the 12th century minaret built by bricks. Evening board to railway station for Pathankot, overnight in train.

      Morning arrive Pathankot railway station and drive to Dharamshala. Dharamshala is perched on the high slopes in the upper reaches of Kangra Valley. The town is divided into two distinct and widely separated sections, Upper and Lower Dharamshala, which differ almost a thousand meters in height. Rest of the time free at leisure. Overnight in hotel at Dharamshala.

        Post breakfast trip to busy bazaar town of Dharamshala is worth taking. The market has established itself as the travelers’ base camp, which come to explore the nearby mountains. The Kotwali Bazaar provides the entire color and characteristic of a small town, which is mixed with the simple life style. The colorful temple and Gompa, which reflect the culture of Tibet, adds attraction for the visitor. The Kangra museum gives an overview of the rich past of the region and on the other hand there are institutes that have been established to preserve the Tibetan art, cultures and traditions. Overnight in hotel.

          Morning after breakfast drive to Paragpur and transfer to hotel. Overnight in hotel at Paragpur. 

            After breakfast then check-out & drive to Amritsar. Proceed for a city tour and visit Jallianwala Bagh, historical for the murky day of 13 April 1919, when the innocent Indians were brutally killed in a mass. The Jallianwala Bagh Martyr's the innocent lives sacrificed in the deadly massacre with no good cause. Next, walk down to Golden Temple, known world-wide as the holiest shrine of Sikh religion and people from all religion visit the temple with extreme devotion. It flaunts a huge dome made out of pure gold. It is surrounded by a large Sarovar (manmade lake), known as the Amrit Sar (Lake of Holy Water or Immoral Nectar). Afternoon, excursion to Wagah Border (30 Kms. – Approximately 1 hrs / one way). India-Pakistan check-post. Witness the Flag Off ceremony between border forces of both the countries. Overnight in Amritsar.

              Early morning, after breakfast transfer to Amritsar railway station to board train for Haridwar. Arrive Haridwar, meet our representative and transfer to hotel check-in at the hotel. Afternoon free at leisure. Overnight in Haridwar

                Post breakfast, visit Mansa Devi temple, situated on the southernmost hill of the Shivalik ranges is the Durga temple called Mansa Devi. One can reach this temple either on foot or by a cable car. Perched on Bilva Parvat, the temple provides a panoramic view of the Haridwar city with the Ganges flowing in its middle. Enjoy Cable car ride to reach the temple. Saptarishi Ashram and Sapta Sarovar, it is at this place that Ganges is believed to have divided itself into seven small streams to not to disturb the Sapt (seven) Rishis meditating and worshipping here. Bharat Mata Mandir, it is one of its kind temples in Haridwar and is dedicated to Mother India, tracing its history from the times of Ramayana to present day. This 8 storied temple houses the pictures and idols of some of the great Indian men from ancient to present times and pictures of the cities of the country. A must visit to get a sneak preview in to the history and culture of India. Triveni Ghat, a sacred bathing spot, on the bank of the River Ganges where devotees take holy dips and offer prayers. In the afternoon, walk down to Har Ki Pauri Ghat, built by King Vikramaditya to commemorate the descending of Ganga after years of difficult prayers and fasting done by his ancestor Bhagirathi. Lord Vishnu is believed to have left his foot prints on a rock at this ghat.  Witness the splendid "Aarti" ceremony on the steps of Ganges in the evening. Overnight in Rishikesh. 

                  Early morning Yoga at the hotel (optional). After breakfast, embark on a tour of Rishikesh. Visit Lakshman Jhula, a suspension bridge built in 1939, which was originally a hanging jute bridge [believed to be crossed by Lord Ram’s brother, Lakshman] which was rebuilt with iron cables in complete suspension. Across Ganges, visit the 13 storied Trimbakeshwar temples, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Then visit Gita Bhavan, the name given to a building situated just by the side of the Lakshman Jhula. Constructed a few years back only, the bhavan is famous for housing magnificent statues and paintings, of the various characters in Hindu mythology. Swarga Ashram, is a huge complex in Rishikesh, popular for housing several temples within its precincts. Throughout the complex, you can see magnificent statues of various Gods and Goddess. The ashram also comprises of a number of eating joints, apart from souvenir and other shops. And then, proceed to Parmarth Niketan, transcendental centre of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, where we introduce you to one of the gurus / Yogis [of the Ashram], who will try to explain, the spiritual lifestyle of the disciples, residents of the Ashram, which itself is quite interesting. Overnight in Rishikesh

                    Early morning Yoga at the hotel (optional). After breakfast, check-out and drive to Haridwar. On arrival, board train to Delhi. Arrive Delhi, meet our representative and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Delhi

                      After a leisurely breakfast, check-out and transfer to airport to board flight for your onward destination.
