I recently completed a 12-day trek to Annapurna Base Camp, and it was extraordinary. Guided by my inspiring yoga teacher, Aasha, and our phenomenal guide, Badam, the journey was transformative.
The trek’s beauty was breathtaking—lush forests, charming villages, and awe-inspiring landscapes leading to the base camp at 4,130 meters, surrounded by the majestic Annapurna massif.
Aasha’s yoga sessions brought mindfulness and balance, turning the trek into a soulful experience. Badam’s expertise, passion, and care ensured our safety and added richness to every moment. Special thanks to Rana, whose meticulous planning made the entire trip seamless, even organizing a perfect post-trek visit to a national park.
This wasn’t just a trek; it was a life-changing adventure. I wholeheartedly recommend Aasha, Badam, and Rana for an unforgettable experience. Namaste and gratitude!

Ghorepani Poon Hill with Mardi Himal Trek
We took our first adventure outside of the USA and couldn't be happier with the entire experience! The owner, Rana, worked with our schedule to make sure that we could make the most of our time in Nepal. The culture is amazing. I'm so pleased. We got introduced to our guide Ruthra and our porter Malpa the day before our trek. They helped guide us the entire way up the mountain, making sure we were well and having a good time as well as filling our minds with insights to the countryside and culture. So much Nepalese history was explained. The food is absolutely delicious at every tea house we stopped at. Ruthra was very pleasant to have as a guide. We reached our destination and despite the weather he timed it correctly so we could capture some of the most breathtaking views at Mardi himal base camp. I cannot recommend the guide and the company enough. I will absolutely use them for my next trek and will be requesting the same guide 💯. Thank you for the life changing adventure Brad

Helambu Trek
The highest quality professionalism and acts of genuine care, hospitality, and generosity from the Director Rana both before and after the tour. I was lucky to have Rudra as my guide on the trek who's only interest was that I was having a good time. I highly recommend booking with Adventure Himalayan Travels & Treks. I also suggest getting very fit before hiking the Helambu trek. My highlight was engaging with the locals in the remote villages

Mohare Danda Trek
We went on the Mohare Dande trek which had just opened quite recently. The route is beautiful with a view of the lake in Pokhara, through rhododendron rainforests and sights of mountain ranges. It’s not crowded like the other routes to Everest which made it feel more special. If you’re particularly keen on parts of the itinerary that don’t involve trekking, such as the visit to the school then double check with the tour provider that’s on.

Manaslu Circuit Trek
We had a blast trekking with Purna as our guide on the Manaslu Circuit! This trek is a memory we'll take with us forever. Purna putted us at ease straight away, giving tips along the way as he's very experienced, and caring about how we feel. We couldn't be more happy to have him as a guide as he made sure we stayed healthy, in body, mind and heart. Thank you Purna-dai! As for the Circuit, it is a magnificent trip and we highly recommend going to the Tibetan border from Samdo, if you have energy to spend on your rest day

Manaslu Circuit Trek
Everything, from our first email communication, the generous welcoming dinner, to the last farewell at our hotel, before we were driven to the airport, run in the best possible way. The main course has been the amazing Manaslu circuit, a ten days adventure of driving and trekking in the valleys, through the villages and over the impressive Larke La pass around the 8th heighest mountain in the world. Bonus an incredible extension hike up to the beautiful Pungyen Gumpa with the stunning view of the whole mountain, from its base to the top. It was a great experience. Our guide Rudra and our porter Kantsa did an absolutely great job, ensuring every day that our trek would be safe, fun and (given the circumstances) comfortable, while they gave us a nice insight into the Nepali mentality, culture and way of life.
An issue, which we communicated with them on spot as well, is the waste managment in the mountainous areas and villages. We know that the living conditions up there are really harsh and difficult and we know, of course, that this is obviously not a fault of the company and staff involved in the operation of this trek, but rather a deeper structural and educational issue. But, we think that the situation is a disrespect to the unique nature that the country is blessed with and which is a main attraction for its visitors and to the visitors themselves, especially since some hoteliers and accomodation owners/staff very simply place the facility's garbage in front of guest's rooms doors and windows. We furthermore think that some organised action on behalf of the trekking agencies, guides and relevant associations would possibly achieve some goals in this direction and we hope for a wind of change to the better in the future.
Summarizing, we would like to thank Adventure Himalayan Travels & Treks, mr. Rana, Rudra and Kantsa for this great experience. Keep the good job! Eat Dal Bhat! Till the next time..
Adventure Himalayas set up and excellent tour for me in Central Bhutan, taking in Paro, Timpu and Punacka as the main bases. Had to bail out of the Druk Trek early on due to Altitude Sickness (it of course happens to us all at sometime!). My guide and driver along with the tour operator in Bhutan were able to however to provide me with a fantastic alternative package of lower level hikes in the forests lower down. The Guide and Driver I was supplied were first class. They both knew the area really well and explained well the inner workings of Budism. (Very confusing!). The Monstaries, Forts and Temples visited were amazing, particularly the art work. Nowhere was crowded with tourists and there were very few Westerners about (Most Tourists were from India) . The Hotels allocated to me were first class in terms of service and all in the centre of towns, which gave greater opportunity to experiance the local scene. All were also small and therefore easy to escape from. A fanatastic break. Well worth the heavy Tourist Tax (Once there Bhutan is very cheap for day to day expenses). The experiance delivered by the Tour Operator on the ground was first class. Scenery was amazing, particularly if you are into Mountains, Flora (the Rhododendrons were amazing) and Forna
